The Fourth Precept: Not Using False or Harsh Speech

The fourth precept, inner and outer. How speech arises from intention (conscious or unconscious) and before that View. Both restraint and deep inquiry are the path toward what the Buddha called "speech like honey." Also touched on activist speech, maybe "speech like a trash can through a window."
