More Ways to Breathe Well

We'll keep going tonight with breathing practice and theory. We'll look at breath holding, long exhales, double breathing, and other ways to rebalance CO2 in your body for better circulation and calm. We'll talk prāṇāyāma ratios for the counting nerds among you.
