Kamma & Suffering; Reflections on the War in Gaza

Beginning with the story of Māgha Pūjā and the central verse of the Ovādapatimokkha, an exploration of the teachings on kamma (karma, action) and the long process of conditions unfolding as actions bear fruit. This became the seed of reflections on the war in Gaza and how we might find support in Buddhist thought for understanding this conflict—and any deep trauma in the world—from the perspective of suffering, craving, trauma, and the difficult process of unbinding the heart from ancient pain.
