How to Not Be Overwhelmed by the News

How should we relate to and practice with the flood of information and stimulation coming to us through the media? We look at nervous system protective impulses, patterns of attention, the Buddha's clairvoyance with equanimity and compassion, and protecting our attention, energy, and hearts from overwhelm and saturation with high-intensity stimulation.
