1.2 Mindfulness as Memory

Mindfulness as memory (its literal translation), meaning continuity in tracking of sensory experience. How that skill arose within the oral memorization tradition, and how we can understand mindfulness as a liberation tool based in tracking leading to insight into subtle change, or impermanence. Hints at how this is the root skill in remembering past lives, but that we can understand that as a kind of narrative/identity processing at trauma resolution.
